Fran McLoughlin - Owner/Director
After attending CUNY Hunter College in New York City, New York and graduating from Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Flushing New York as an RN and raising three children, I started Tiny Tots Learning Center in 1980.  I have worked tirelessly for more than 35 years to make Tiny Tots one of the premiere nursery schools on the south shore of Long Island.  The goal of our dedicated staff is to give all children the tools necessary for success when they move on to higher education.
Jeanne Monahan - Director
"I love working at Tiny Tots!"  All four of my children attended Tiny Tots Learning Center.  I have been with Tiny Tots since 2003 and the director since 2007.  I attended Marist College and Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, New York.  I received a BA in Psychology and certificates in Special Education and Elementary Education.
Kristine Cameron - Teacher
I have had the pleasure of working at Tiny Tots Learning Center since 2007.  All three of my children enjoyed their time here.  I have a BA and MA in education from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York.
Deborah Giattino - Teacher
I have had the pleasure of sending two children to Tiny Tots Learning Center.  I have been with Tiny Tots since 2005.  I have my early childhood education from Farmingdale College, Farmingdale, New York and my degree from Dowling College in Oakdale, New York.
Julie McCavanagh - Teacher
I fell in love with Tiny Tots Learning Center when both of my daughters attended school here.  I loved it so much that I have now worked here since 2014 I have a BS in English and Writing from ESU (East Stroudsburg University), East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania and a MA in Education from Dowling College, Oakdale, New York.
Tara McMulkin - Teacher
I have been working at Tiny Tots Learning Center since 2011.  Both my daughters are currently attending Tiny Tots and they are loving it.  I run the Mommy and Me Art Classes and the 2 year old program.  I received a BA from SUNY New Paltz, New Paltz, New York and an MA from Dowling College, Oakdale, New York.
Karen Tampellini - Teacher
I have been a teacher at Tiny Tots Learning Center since 1997.  Both of my children attended Tiny Tots.  I received an AA in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Cobleskill, Cobleskill, New York, a BA in Elementary Education from SUNY Cortland, Cortland, New York and a MA in Reading from Dowling College, Oakdale, New York.  I am dual certified to teach grades N - 6 and Reading K - 12.  Both of my Children and many of my friends have attended Tiny Tots and received a great foundation for their future years in school.
Carol Lawrence - Teacher
I Began working at Tiny Tots Learning Center after my youngest child graduated in 2001.  All three of my children as well as 6 nieces and nephews attended Tiny Tots.  I have assisted many teachers here at the school, but I currently assist Mrs. Tampellini.  I have lived in Bayport, New York since 1991.  I am a graduate of West Islip High School, West Islip, New York.  "I get a tremendous amount of joy working with the children and treat them as if they are a part of my family."
Kimberly McMackin - Teacher
Kim's three children have all attended Tiny Tots.  She has a B.S in pre K -6th grade in elementary education from Wagner College.  She previously taught at a private elementary special education school in Westchester for four years.  All 3 of her children are attending schools in the Sayville area.
Suzanne Edgeller - Teacher
A resident of Blue Point for 13 years, and a mother of two Tiny Tots graduates. I hold a B.S. in marketing from FIT and work experience includes teaching in Barnnes of London, England
    All staff is certified in Basic Life Saving CPR and are trained on the AED (Automatic External Defibulator) for infants, children and adults.
